Master X, the most dangerous harm to your body weighing 300 pounds would be a higher potential for elevated blood pressure, especially for a long period of time. If your heart has to work harder it can do severe damage to the arteries and eventually to the heart itself. If the arteries in your neck start to block up it can do damage to your brain and potentially give you a life threatening or paralizing stroke. So check your blood pressure immediately. You can even do this at most drug stores for free. Your top number shouldn't be over 140.
If your pressure is elevated go to a doctor. I would also recommend taking a coated aspirin to start thinning your blood. Also go on a vegan diet for now, eat lots of tomato sause, some grape juice, extra virgin olive olive oil, and a hand full of walnuts daily. This will start cleaning and making your arteries more lubricated for easy blood flow. Also take gluten (wheat, rye, oat, barley) out of your diet and eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Start walking for at least 45 minutes a day.
Remember, your health is like finance. It is compounding. The longer you go with the overweight body the more harm you will do your body in the long run. Also remember being overweight is just a symptom for an unhealthy lifestyle. The weight is not good, but more importantly what you are putting in your body is doing the most harm. Your tissue cells are flooded with toxins from the poor food you've put in your body. It can take months for you to start removing them with a good diet. The sooner you start the better. The good news is, that you'll start doing wonderful things for your health immediately by losing the weight. Even losing the first 10 pounds will lower the dangers fo being overweight massively. The compounding will work to your advantage.
