if you're quite a bit overweight you don't want to do 30-45 min of cardio right before doing weights. Ease into it a bit....
You'll get too tired and probably drop the program if you go nuts at the start.
I don't know about testosterone levels after 45 min of weights, but I can tell you that 45 min is probably sufficient. just make it a good hard working 45 min.
Do as much cardio as you can to get yourself into shape, and move the amount of time up incrementally.
It may be true that cardio before weights is better, but if you want to do some after doing weights to get yourself into shape that's not a bad idea. |
