Did you take the questionnaire? I'm guessing you wouldn't score high on any of sections. I've had dozens of people take this, and only a few have scored high on more than one or two sections, and most people didn't score high on any of them (though in all fairness, most were young adults).
People who eat "fresh veg fruit lean protein olive oil" and have a healthy lifestyle most likely won't end up in the position where they need to take supplements to get their bodies balanced again... people who aren't in too bad a shape can switch to a diet "full of fresh veg fruit lean protein olive oil" and end up in good shape in not too long.
However, people who are in pretty bad shape probably have a hard enough time just functioning. It's sort of hard to put that much effort into eating (much less exercising) when getting to work on time or trying maintain a reasonable weight or concentrating long enough to do your job properly or whatever takes all you've got.
This book isn't for people who are already healthy, and it isn't for people who are a little unhealthy, but not too far off. It's aimed at people who are unhealthy, unhealthy enough that it's causing them real problems in their lives. The questionnaire is designed to give people an idea of where they're at.
