Hello everybody
currently im working in the gym for an aim of loosing aruond 30-40 pounds.
my weight is around 245 lbs but 30 pounds to loose is just good for a start

my personal trainer istructed me to work out on the cardio for 30-45 minutes and then do the weight lifting work-out.
somebody tell me please if thats good (im suspecting that that gonna loose me my energy)
another thing... ive read in a site that the weight lifting work-out should not last more than 45 minute coz after that period the natural testosterone levels will drop and thats not good for muscles growth i wanna know if thats true.
and some insights and advices for my training pleaze....
