having an eating routine definitely simplifies things... especially if you don't want to think about food & cooking all the time.
it's nice to know what you're going to eat ahead of time, and have some staple foods to fall back on.

but, the others are right.
variety is important if you want to be a healthy vegetarian.




however... if you're really interested in eating the same foods all the time, i have a friend who's a nutritionist, and she could probably create a meal plan for you.

i'll talk to her and then send you a PM.
