(when i'm in the mood, i like to do Gilad: Cardio Kickboxing, "Shimmy," and Namaste Yoga: Extended Leg Balancing.)
and Angela already mentioned it, but pilates is amazing.
i'm getting kind of tired of it, because i've been doing it for like 7 years...but if you've never done it before, then you'll probably love the results. it really improves my overall mood, too.
