i also love avacados and would easily eat one in a sitting. i like to make avacado, onion & cheese casidillas.
i have a strong habit of over eating cheese, nuts, creams, and olives. i do at times get the drug effect mentioned above but i have never had a problem with anything other than that. I do exercize regularily and avoid almost all processed foods. |
