Aspiring, could you hire a trainer for an hour or two just to develop a workout you can do at home? That way you can be sure to get a total workout that's customized to your needs. My trainer worked up a workout that uses only exercise bands and my own bodyweight for my vacation this month...bicep curls, squats, planks, side planks, dips, etc.
