I think it depends on how people eat. Do you eat to satiation or to the point of being stuffed? Who wants to eat an entire avocado in a sitting? Who wants to eat more than a handful of dried apricots? Overeating, in general, does not feel good, but it does produce a "drugged" effect. People who routinely overeat are using food to cover up emotions. Also, not all people who have weight issues overeat, and there are far worse things than being fat. What matters the most is that people can do what they love and like their bodies. /rant
