Default The Diet Cure Questionnaire

DC Questionnaire for Website

I'm curious as to whether anyone's read The Diet Cure, and as long as we're on the subject, I figured I'd post the questionnaire... I guess I'm just curious as to whether I'm just freakishly unhealthy or what? lol

Here are my scores:
1. Is depleted brain chemistry the problem?
Total Score ___35_____ If your score is over 10, please turn to chapter 1.

2. Are you suffering because of low-calorie dieting?
Total Score ____27_____ If your score is over 12, please turn to chapter 2.

3. Are you struggling with blood sugar instability and stress?
Total Score ____40____ If your score is over 12, please turn to chapter 3.

4. Do you have unrecognized low thyroid function?
Total Score ____21____ If your score is over 15, please turn to chapter 4.

5. Are you addicted to foods you are actually allergic to?
Total Score ____30____ If your score is over 12, please turn to chapter 5.

6. Are your hormones unbalanced?
Total Score _____17____ If your score is over 6, please turn to chapter 6.

7. Do you have yeast overgrowth triggered by anti-biotics, cortisone, or birth control pills?
Total Score ____29____ If your score is over 13, please turn to chapter 7.

8. Do you have fatty acid deficiency?
Total Score _____11_____ If your score is over 12, please turn to chapter 8.

So anyways... I've been reading the book and it's very good. The author has a clinic in which she treats people with alcoholism and eating disorders (and a lot of other stuff, but her focus is on those things I believe).

The book explains what is/can be behind various symptoms and tells you what supplements you can take to help your balance your body, which allows it to work properly and heal itself. Good times. (I would caution that one should use a drug interaction checker or talk to a pharmacist about combining each supplement they want to take with their medication(s) if they take anything.)
