Day 9 - Hmm.. First Set Back. I did complete all of the tasks but in low quality.
1. Wake up every day at 5:00am.( <= back to bed for 2 hours at 5:30am )
2. Eat healthy food like Apple, low fat cheese, banana as breakfast. - 15 mins.
3. Plan for that day and come up with a to-do list. - 15-30 mins.( Started at 5:00pm, yes in the afternoon )
4. Work on my part-time online business. - 60 mins.
5. Train my memory. - 60 mins.
6. Go for jogging. - 30 mins. ( only for walking )
Maybe due to posture, I got a neck pain in the morning that I feel painful when I turned my head. Absolutely no mood to do anything but rest and web browsing. Fortunately, today is Sunday so I could rest for several without doing anythings and worked on my list again.
I would not say I fail for today but the quality was not good. Hope that the Voltaren will work and I will get better tomorrow. |
