My advice... - Jump some rope.
- Work on improving your overhead press. This exercise has a lot of collateral effect all over your body.
- Buy yourself an ab wheel.
- Find a rock wall if there's one nearby. Make your friends go too.
- Do yoga (seriously.) Here are some poses and a couple videos.
Forget everything else..
