The reality for me is that I can eat as much 'unprocessed' foods as I want (avocados included)
There is a distinct difference between healthy (unprocessed foods) and 'healthy' (junk processed foods)
My body has a way of telling me to stop eating at the right time when I am eating unprocessed foods, but doesnt tell me to stop when I am eating crap processed junk (rare occassions).
