My whole life will change from this point forward, I'm going to accomplish all these great things, here is what I am going to do over the next month or year or whatever.
I have done this probably 15 times. I kid you not. I have done the exact thing you are doing at least that many times.
I even have a folder on my computer called My Archive of (Almost) Fulfillment with all of my attempts to do exactly what you are trying to do.
I'm not saying it's bad, in fact I would say it means you are on the right track, I'm just trying to help you avoid some miserable experiences.
Honestly, keep this plan, go for it, but if at the end of the month you find that you haven't achieved your goals, don't feel bad. From my experience, those first four goals are things you need to tackle one at a time, maybe two. Especially if you need serious work in any of those areas.
I can relate to you, because like I said, I have done the very same thing as you time and time again, and I've learned that true success, especially in the types of areas you are discussing, comes from long term commitment and dedication.
For example, right now I'm cutting my sleep from 8-9 hours a day down to 3-5, exactly what you are probably trying to do. I have a core 3 hour sleep and then 3 or 4 twenty minute naps. Let me tell you, this is HARD. People don't achieve this stuff, because you have to stay dedicated for a long period of time. I could not achieve any other goals on top of this one right now, and I am as motivated as they come.
I know from experience that when I write out "the perfect plan" to achieve all my dreams in a short period of time, the real truth is that I'm dissatisfied with how my life is right now, and this becomes kind of a fantasy escape.
Forget the fantasy, plan for the long term, and focus on being dedicated day in and day out. I'm sure you have those goals broken down into daily or weekly activities, so focus on one day at a time. This is the hardest part, hands down.
If at the end of the month, you went 30 days straight, and completed all the daily activities you broke those goals down to, believe me, it doesn't matter if the end result was what you wanted, you are a winner.
Go for it, let us know, but be warned, it's not easy.
