So another week have passed. I'd wish that time didn't go this fast. Well here's my update for this week: Reading more continually
It's still very hard, but a little progress at least. Make a habit of getting up when the alarm clock goes off
It seems like I'm in a period where I need more sleep, I've got up late lately. At least it's in the vacation, but I'm really not satisfied, maybe I should go earlier in bed, though I usually get those 8 hours of sleep. There's no statistics atm. due to that computer not being on the internet. Make a habit of eating what I've written in my diet
I can only say what I said last:
Going fine, though no progress, soon it won't be up here anymore I hope. Make a habit of turning off the computer at 20:30
Still getting better though it seems like in some way I really don't respect my own wishes.
There's progress, but I think it's to slow atm., but I do the best I can, and I'll probably just have to keep trying.
