One time I had a reiki session and my urine was red, so it's probably nothing too out of the ordinary. And I'm not joking. I thought it was blood, but it was more a light red than a dark one and my reiki practitioner told me that it was part of my personal healing process, and then she hung up the phone quickly. To make a long story short, I opted for fasting as a more optimal way of healing myself. It may not work for you, but it certainly works for me if I can keep it up for weeks at a time, but if I keep it up too long, I may have to call a doctor...4 hours seems to be the limit.
