Goals
I read the Now Habit but it didnt work for me. I have found that trusting your subconcious beats will power every time. I beat procrastination by writing my major goals out r every morning, thinking and mentally rehearsing them. Somehow your mind just seems to guide you do what you need to do as long as you feed it what you want i.e. goals.
