I 'broke the rules' because I had 2 readings close together.
The face-to-face one I had was off. I think she did genuinely pick up a few things, but I think the rest was based on lucky guesses, clues picked up from my house and bluff. I had messages from apparently passed over relatives Dorothy, Jim and George - but I quizzed my family and we don't have those names in my family although they are common of the older generation!
However, I did have a phone reading from Erin - and it was spot on. I made notes and put them away to review after 6 months and it isn't up yet. But the insights I got into my current situation were hugely helpful.
Personally I steer clear of phone-line 'psychics'. A friend of mine got a job working on a tarot line and it was pure exploitation of vulnerable people. I don't know the site you link to so can't comment. Maybe they are genuine. If it isn't working for you, then walk away.
