Every girl (and guy) has intelligence of some sort. Every single one. It might take extraordinary intelligence on the part of an observer to be able to detect it, but it is there. You have to have it to see it.
I understand, though, that you are looking for someone of above-average intelligence -- that you want to feel intellectually engaged with and maybe even challenged by your partner. Nothing wrong with that! What I'm saying is: if you are able to expand your own intelligence enough to see intelligence in everyone, you will broaden your own horizons about what kind of person you might find intellectually engaging or challenging.
And if a person has made up his mind about what constitutes "intelligence", and feels supremely confident of whether or not a particular person is intelligent or not, well, I don't think that's an intelligent thing to do. When you judge another person, you only limit
yourself.
