Its like this. How you feel -- good or bad -- is an indicator of how much you are resisting "source energy". If you were on the same vibrational level of source, you would be source and have source awareness. You don't have to be aware of BEING god to utilize this "god energy". Source is always radiating well being, and you are like a radio picking that up. You can interact with that source of well being, by offering a complimentary frequency. If you are feeling great, you are tuning in, and the object of your attention is on the way! It doesn't matter what you want. If you desire it, believe you can achieve it, and concentrate on the item of interest, rather than the lack thereof, you WILL attract it.
You can attract wealth, poverty, health, sickness, women, ducks, pogo sticks, bats, crack, cars, and all other manner of things. It doesn't matter if society considers it "evil". A Gazelle might consider a Lion to be evil, but they both manifested each other. There are no true "victims" -- only victims of ignorance. They attract what they attract because they do not know any better.
The only caveat is that you cannot control another and take away their free will. However, some people willingly give up conscious awareness of it. They still have it, they just forget that they do.
