Uplift, I'm having some trouble understanding the tone of your post. But the tone of this statement is clear enough.
Look, I don't condone Bill Clinton's affairs, but I'd rather have a womanizer, who's intelligent and well-intentioned, in office.
So what if he had improper relations with some women? He was an excellent president.
