First of all, skrivars, welcome to the site.

I can't speak for the whole "astral projection" thing, because frankly I'm not convinced that it's real.

But your post goes to another point about learning a new skill, almost any new skill, and as such I think it's applicable.

It's very common for a learning curve to plateau for a while. I remember when I was first learning to touch-type that I got stuck at between 30 and 40 words per minute for the longest time. It frustrated and annoyed me to no end.

Then, for reasons I don't entirely understand, something just "clicked" and the plateau was breached - to mix a metaphor - and now I can hum along at about 90 words per minute.

So please don't let the frustration bog you down. It's normal, natural and a regular part of learning anything new.
