I recently lost both my grandmothers in a very short time span. It was a very trying time for me. One of my grandmothers were a very big influence on me, and had been nothing but altruistically loving to me. Even though she is gone now, I still feel her with me. Not in the sense that people say "they'll always live on in your heart," but sometimes I really feel as if she is with me, watching over me, whatever. Where can I begin to figure out if this is true. I know nothing of communication with the other side, and am not really interested in that field at all, I'm just wondering for this situation.

My other grandmother was always in my life, but I never knew her. I saw her every few years, and she was always very nice, and I knew she loved me very much, but we were never really very close (she and my mother did not talk after I was born). I have always felt that there is something concerning her that I have never known, and need to in order to understand my mother and family. On to my question: On the day of her funeral, one of my aunts gave me something of hers and I was perplexed! It was just a little red strip of cloth that was hers. I had no idea as to where my aunt gave it to me, but I was reading about communication with another using an object that they owned, and suddenly found the cloth the next day after wondering of its whereabouts. Immediately I got the idea of communication, but again, don't know where to start.

Any suggestions??
