For Silva, if you attend the actual course, there will be hands-on visualisation exercises conducted under group hypnosis. Just for the heck of practising visualisation, you're not merely going to practise visualisation in 3D with all senses involved - you're going to visualise walking through walls; entering into small objects; becoming part of a tree; sensing the internal organs of other people etc etc.
