These could all be issues.
I have increased my energy quite a lot by increasing my intake of raw food.

I sometimes drink pop. But when I stay up at night, for some reason, I go to green tea. Coffee once in a while, but mostly Japanese Green tea.

Yes I eat greens and vegs everyday, I don't know if it is enough though. Although I can tell you that recently, I've been very thirsty all the time. I have this urge to go get something to drink. At school where it maybe inconvenient since I will have to take more bathroom trips, I use gum as a substitute. But at home, I always want to drink something...

Though, this sleeping problem has been bothering me for about 2 years now.
