Switching on and off, but progress. Make a habit of eating what I've written in my diet
Going fine, though no progress, soon it won't be up here anymore I hope. Make a habit of turning off the computer at 20:30

So an average week, if my lowest standard wasn't so bad I'd probably be pretty joyful now, but as I can read back through my log this can be all the oposite next week, so I'm not going to get into any kind of happy mood due to some progress at the moment.
