been doing this since the age of 5 years. it used to make me dizzy during my younger years. it was always a little confusing for me as a young lad. my mother would answer the phone to people who would ask what her son was doing visiting their house, and that they hadn't seen him leave, and was he back at home?. all of that kind of thing. my mum thought that these people were nuts or something. the whole time she knew that I was in the house at our home address.
today I can control it but ... not the timing. I do know, though, when it is coming on so I place myself in a serene location and just go for it.
I will comment that it is very difficult to explain in words the actual sensation. people often tell me that they saw me somewhere even though I was never there in the human form. I can tell them a few details anout the environment etc which would suggest to them that they were not halucinating or seeing a person who simply looked like me.
