I really appreciate the amount of support I am having here. I am wondering how I can stock up on B12 without shots and pills?
Also, one thing that I forgot to mention is that sometimes I'll have to sleep very late. For example, last night I slept at 4:30 AM due to procrastination / homework / doing things I shouldn't be doing. So what happens is that I take a nap at 7:30, which ends up to be a 2 hour sleep until 9:30. And now my schedule is messed up becuase I missed 2 hours of work, and I will have to sleep later. Except, I suppose that sleeping at 2 or 3 AM on a day after I slept at 4 AM will be even more damaging. What do I do in such situations. I am starting to procrastinate less trying to use Steve Pavlina's overwhleming force strategy, but I still need to adjust.
