Anya, I know this can be exhausting. But I'd like you to look just a little deeper, because I suspect there's something there that will really resonate even more flatly and finally for you than "I am bad because I let myself act that way." Your decision won't have a qualifier like, "...because I let myself act that way." It would just be "I am bad." That's that. That's the kind of a decision a child makes about herself.
You take a break now to digest and try to think about a little more when you're ready.
What I heard in your post is that you were not feeling heard, you were not feeling seen, you felt out of control. You felt you had no power. Do any of those things spark a resonance for you? |
