CBT = Cognitive behavioural therapy (spelling?)

This is one of the most well known therapy methods for psycologists of today. It has to do with thoughts, behaviours and actions that thoughts and behavours creates.

Those are the words you got to think of:
Thoughts, feelings, body movements according to feelings and thoughts, action that takes shape out of the body movements and what type of behaviours that all of this is creating. If you get to know all of those stuff you will end up with a good idea of who you are and what you do and why you do it.

It is extremely effective because it makes you think through things you didn't know about yourself....

Try to get the stress go away if you could or just stop being stressed out by stress, that is easier said then done....haha...I know...
