The ones at the dentist are a better fit. I didn't wear mine for years because I couldn't get used to it. Now I deal with the consequences. I've had to have a root canal on 2 teeth. And possibly cracked one.

So, even though it's taking some time to get used to, I'm finally wearing the mouth piece. I kinda want to keep the rest of my teeth.
