Chefsalad: Thanks I will consider excercising. I do pushups and situps everyday but I guess I should take it to the next level and jog. Another thing I should say is that this is pretty sudden. There are days where I'm full of energy and don't need to sleep. But sometimes it suddenly hits me that I have to sleep.
