Wow!
That 212 thing really hit home with me. That number has been popping up over the last few days (I have another post on here about the lottery number last Monday that I didn't play, but it hit; 1212).
The most recent 212 thing with me has nothing to do with the lottery, but I've been kind of "asking" if some certain intuitions I've been having are of my own creation, or if they're messages or signs of some kind. The above interpretation, if it's accurate (who really knows??) actually gives me some insight on exactly what it is I've been pondering. I asked for some insight, and I received. Gotta love that LOA!!
As for the nightmares, I would first say be careful with the sleeping pills, and only use them if you really need them. I'm a narcotic dependent, chronic pain patient, and believe me when I tell you that you do NOT want a drug dependency. It's a type of slavery, and sometimes the "cure" can be worse than the problem.
Maybe avoiding caffeine and sugar will help you get into a deeper sleep where dreams aren't as likely. If you do ingest caffeine regularly, taper your intake if you decide to quit. Going cold turkey can give you terrible headaches, because caffeine is a vasoconstrictor (makes your capillaries, arteries and veins contract), and if you stop it abruptly, they will dilate to their natural state, often resulting in really bad headaches.
It's best to wean down in three day intervals. In other words, reduce to a certain amount for three days, then reduce again for the next three days, and so on, until you're free of it. If you drink Coke or Pepsi, get the caffeine free version. It tastes the same.
Oh, and do yourself a big favor and stay away from any diet soda with aspartame (Nutrasweet). I actually wiped out a huge colony of ants with that stuff that had invaded my house for several years, after a professional exterminator failed to kill them with his arsenal of deadly poisons. They haven't come back.Whatever is in that stuff can kill living things, so ingesting it is probably not a great idea. Okay, I'm wandering off topic here, so....
These people who are showing up could be just dreams, or they could be actual entities. If they are, they may be drawn to you for some reason, such as feeding off your energy (fear is a very powerful energy), or trying to tell you something.
I would attempt to ask them what they want, if you can figure out a way to do it, and if they're only there to feed off of your energy, kindly asking them to refrain from interrupting your sleep won't hurt, and may possibly send them on their way.
This is all guess work. I'm no authority on any of this, and there are probably people here with more knowledge than me. The caffeine and aspartame info is accurate though.
