In the small book I quoted from, the meanings all seem positive. Doreen's and Lynnette's stance is that the numbers you see often are messages from angels. Whether or not I choose to view the spirit world in this way, I prefer to believe that the messages are positive.
Doreen and Lynnette said that they meditated, prayed, and asked the source for guidance in interpreting the numbers' meanings—they channeled it.
When I went to the I Can Do It conference in Vegas, (on Steve's and Erin's recommendations), several people talked about seeing certain numbers over and over again and wanted to know what they meant. I'm guessing that people are generally silent about it because they don't want others to think they're weird.
