Hi Lynn, I am new to the forum as well. I couldn't help but see the word coach in your post. What do you coach? I love what you say to yourself when you run. I have just recently learned about the law of attraction and am having a hard time putting it to work for me. If you have any suggestions or could help me, it was be a blessing.
