Go cold turkey for a week or so and get out and do other things. Because there's always going to be ways to fritter away time, which could be spent doing something that leaves you fulliled instead of empty. I say empty because whenever I procrastinate I never feel better afterwards, just annoyed that I've wasted hours of my life that I can never get back. So log off and whenever you find yourself thinking about it, go do something else.
