I've been reading Steve's site for 3-6 months now.
Over that time, I've:
- started rising regularly at 6AM rather than 7:30ish (and the 'ish' is important
- lost 17kg (~37lbs) of weight
- joined and now regularly participate in Toastmasters
- been exercising regularly
- eaten considerably healthier (primarily vegetarian but I eat meat occasionally)
- generally felt more energetic and positive
- increased my income by ~$75 per week
I especially credit the 30-day trial for helping me to achieve the health changes, and Toastmasters has been great for building confidence.
