Make a habit of getting up when the alarm clock goes off
I had this, but I have gone to bed so late lately and it's has become pretty cold, so it seems like I've to train this again a bit. I haven't even registered the times I have got up, but it's has been very bad indeed.
Get a habit of going to the gym, and following the program I have.
Well this went pretty well, but now the next couple of weeks, as already mentioned, this will not improve.
Make a habit of eating what I've written in my diet
This has also not gone that great the last week. So no update on this one.
Make a habit of turning off the computer at 20:30
Well this has been going awful as well, so really bummer I guess.
So a horrible week, but a week just as well as any other week that requires to be updated, unfortunately I haven't been able to register times due to the tiredness I have felt, but I do know this has been one lousy week.
