I agree that there should be no asking or begging the "Universe" for anything, that is the same as begging "God" or casting a "Spell" to get something you desire. It is projecting your manifesting power onto something outside yourself instead of taking responsibility for it.
I believe that I don't exist IN the "Universe" - the Universe exists within me, I give to myself or sometimes withold, depending upon my beliefs and desires, but I believe it is always a direct result of my desire, thoughts, and beliefs.
