Question Developing Systems

Hello everyone!

I'm listening to Steve's podcast regarding "How to Make Money Without a Job" and he talks about developing systems. Rich Dad, Poor Dad stresses developing systems as well.

Currently, I'm developing a website that touches my passion about global warming (in my signature) and just started placing Google AdSense to the pages. I also write and submit articles.

I think I'm on the right track, but I wonder if there is anything I can do to streamline the process. I want to write more, but find myself doing a lot of admin. tasks (checking and answering emails, submitting site and articles, working on two other sites to generate traffic for my brother and friend). How much time do you write per day, per week vs. admin. tasks. Am I on the right track or should I tweak it?

I want to develop a system that will eventually run on autopilot. My friend has been working his EBay store non-stop for four years. If he stops, it stops. I don't mind working hard and testing concepts, but I also want to have time for my family while the business makes me money.

I welcome any and all suggestions!!!

Thanks!!!
