for me,I have found the combination I listed above works best at keeping me fit.
callanetics-my foundation of strength gives me incredibly strong thighs,a must for belly dancing,your knees are bent pretty much the whole time
yoga - flexibility and strength,and grounding.
food combining- stops me getting water/wind retention,keeps me light enough to dance,even though I eat loads!!now thats magic!!!
