If you are very careful, I recommend the
TCA peel.
These peels are industrial strength, and used in dermatologist offices, most often by rich women who have sun damage or fine lines. They significantly and almost instantly improve the look of scars and even some small pitting of skin.
WARNING: If you're not careful, you will give yourself a chemical burn.
Any deep scarring may not respond to any treatment. In that case, when you get a job and can afford it, go to the dermatologist and they will use a filler to raise up the pits.
