I do admit that I have a bit of a tendancy of thinking about what I have to do instead of doing it. I guess it is similar to what you're saying, about living in the present: by planning and thinking, I'm not taking action in the present, but only thinking about the future. I find that living in the present is often a concept I have difficulty applying.

I must say that I have experienced what he talks about. Maybe if plan the night before what I have to do when I get up in the morning, and then just get up and do it, it would get me on a roll for the day. I'm gonna try it this week, see how it goes.
