I get pleasure in that too... lol... I just wanted to do a simple answer... actually is not a control of the orgams is a whole control of you. Call it anal breathing, multiorgasm... we know that people hardly believes what they not have lived. I agree it depends much of mood and energy.
To complicate things a little more you can have an orgasm (or a multiorgasm) not just without ejaculation even without sexual excitation (and without any sexual organ related), it's just in the mind. And this last one depends, even more of mood and energy.
