 Healing Crisis?
First off - sorry if I've posted this in the wrong forum. I couldn't see one that was definitely for talking about healing. This seemed the closest as it is affecting my emotions.
I was wondering if anyone had ever been through a healing crisis after having a healing session. I had my first session of Reiki last Thursday and for the last week I have been all over the place emotionally! Several people have commented that I am acting out of character and I feel strange and restless. It feels that the gentle nudges that the universe was sending me (and I was quietly ignoring) have uped the ante and are now full blown earthquakes that I have to pay attention to.
I rang the lady who gave me the session tonight and we spoke and she reassured me that what I was feeling sometimes happened to others and we agreed that I probably need more reiki rather than less and have agreed to do another session or two.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
