Updates:
1. Meet 5 new people every week---Met 8 new people yesterday
2. Read a book every week----Have not started this one yet
3. Practice meditation every night before bed....Have not started it yet
4. Go to bed every night at 11pm and getup at 7am---Went to bed at 11pm and woke up at 7:30 am
5. Apply for the PhD program at school---Already submitted the application, have additional documents that I need to submit too
7. Get body weight to 185 lbs at 7% body fat, currently sitting at 190lbs with 10% body fat. ---This is going to be a weekly update since losing weight is rather a gradual process but I work out 5 days a week
8. Cut down on spending---Start this one and created a monthly budget
9. Give up the bodybuilding.com forum for the month of October---This is the third day I have not visited that site
