Erk, I think I came across wrong there;
she's the one who goes around boasting about her drinking abilities being a result of her Irish birth. She's since immigrated to the US, but constantly tells everyone how "nobody drinks like the Irish". That's a label she stuck to herself; not one I put on her.
She's also a cop, how's that for stereotypical?
Personally, I don't think that the Irish are all "drinkers," and I do apologize if anyone is feeling ethnically stereotyped. I didn't mean it that way.
