Brett is on a distinguished road
Default EFT inquirer, now practitioner...

I see a wealth of information to get started, but I'd thought I share some of my experiences with EFT, albeit it's been very recent since I picked up the endeavour.

1. You can detect physical changes when EFT is completed - literally energy flow, relaxation, state change, tingling.

2. Completed means, if you don't detect a change, you may not be addressing the core issue, being specific enough, or that there are "remainders" that you need to address. EFT setup using "Even though I STILL have..." helps quell the last bit.

3. It's interesting when you work with anger issues, that I detect movement, changes in the stomach area, belching, relaxing, a feeling of letting go. When I work with past fears, my abdomen changes.

4. Works great at blasting through limiting beliefs, fears, hold-ups.

5. It restores balance, and flow, so it's good at removing blockages quickly. To continue with your pursuit, you may need to resort to other techniques (though I'm still trying with EFT).
