Statistically it is possible, if the stimuli is recorded and observations are made against known events then the correlation should be at best a 50% chance of accuracy if it was random.But if we got a higher % of hits then depending on how many observations were made and the % of accuracy it could be offered for peer review. 85% or higher would probably not fail to arouse interest.
