Marmite for me too.
My mum used to say life’s a stage and we are all born in our own show. The people and things on the stage are our props. When we’re young, adults write the script. As adults we get to play the lead and script our own show. If we don’t like role that’s been handed to us, we get to change it. The meaning we give to the people and props is the illusion we create. If we can’t change the props straight away, we can change the meaning we give to them.
Mum used to say, ‘It’s your show. Make it a show worth watching.’
